突然无法打印

版本：win7&nbsp; &nbsp; 免费版version:10.0.6764&nbsp;<div>之前一直用得挺好，突然这几天就出问题了，重装系统当天可以，第二天又不行了.</div><div><br></div><div><div>&nbsp;if(how=='打印预览'){</div><div>&nbsp; alert("打印预览...")</div><div>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; //下面出错，弹出“undefined"</div><div>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; getJCP().getVersion(function(result) {&nbsp;&nbsp;</div><div>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;alert("已安装!");&nbsp;&nbsp;</div><div>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;})&nbsp;&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div><div>&nbsp; &nbsp;jatoolsPrinter.printPreview(myDoc);</div><div>&nbsp;}</div></div></div><div><br></div><div>试了 退出jcp，调用会重新安装JCP，但是调用&nbsp; getJCP().getVersion(function(result)&nbsp; 没反应。刷新页面后弹出“undefined"，jcpfree.js也更新到最新了，调用在线演示示例又正常；</div><div>其它电脑又正常；</div><div>请问这种情况怎么处理。</div><div><br></div>
